Data deletion

You can delete your UpMax account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways: self-serve from the app, or by submitting a request below.

App-specific instructions

Facebook, Instagram, and Meta-platform users

UpMax AI integrates with Meta Business Manager assets you authorize. To request deletion of data we received via Meta on your behalf:

  1. Remove the UpMax app from Meta directly: go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), find UpMax AI, and click Remove. Meta will send us a Data Deletion Callback that triggers immediate revocation and deletion of cached Meta data within our system.
  2. Confirm by submitting the form on this page with reason "Disconnect connected service" and listing Meta / Facebook / Instagram in the services field.
  3. We delete cached Meta Pages, Instagram, and Ads data within 30 days of disconnect (immediate when triggered by the Meta callback).

App name: UpMax AI. If you cannot identify the app on Meta, email us with the Facebook page or ad account ID concerned.

Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, Drive, Calendar) users

Visit your Google Account permissions page and remove access for UpMax AI. We delete cached Google data within 30 days of token revocation.

For full account deletion, follow Option 2 below or use the in-app Settings → Account → Delete my account.

LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Snapchat users

Disconnect from your platform's app/integrations settings, then submit the form below to confirm deletion of any cached data on our side. Per platform, our deletion SLAs are: LinkedIn 10 days, X 24 hours, all others 30 days.

Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest)

  1. Sign in at app.upmax.ai
  2. Open Settings → Account
  3. Click Delete my account and confirm
  4. All account data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion completes.

Option 2 — Submit a request

Use this form if you don't have an active account, can't sign in, or are submitting a request on behalf of someone (with proper authorization).

The email address associated with your account or the data you want deleted.

We'll process your request within 30 days and email confirmation to the address provided. We may need to verify your identity before deletion to prevent fraudulent requests.
